Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at budmenbarros@yahoo.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply to international orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at budmenbarros@yahoo.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at budmenbarros@yahoo.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
